PROGRAM OUTLINE

Our 12 month, part-time program takes clinical entrepreneurs through all the fundamentals & more

But what does it actually involve? Over 12 months with AUSCEP, you will experience:

8 Pitstops

Experience full-day, in-person events in Sydney and Melbourne, where aspiring entrepreneurs gather to learn and grow. These immersive sessions feature guest speakers who share invaluable knowledge and provide practical frameworks to empower emerging innovators on their entrepreneurial journey.

Webinars

Our webinar series covers a wide range of topics, from finding your purpose and taking the leap into clinical entrepreneurship to understanding customer discovery, digital health solutions, venture capital myths, data security strategies, and more. Join us on this journey to explore innovation in hospital service models, navigate the MedTech innovation journey, and learn about funding opportunities, business structures, and successful pilots and trials in healthcare.

Mentoring & 1-1 Support

In addition to our dynamic events and guest speaker sessions, our program goes the extra mile to maximise the chances of success. We offer personalised 1:1 mentoring support, connecting each participant with experienced mentors who provide guidance, feedback, and tailored advice. Moreover, our learning squads create a strong sense of accountability, fostering a supportive community where like-minded individuals come together to challenge and motivate one another.

Driven by Australia's leading clinical entrepreneurs

Through a carefully curated blend of immersive in-person pitstops across Victoria and New South Wales, along with insightful webinars and access to a diverse network of seasoned mentors, AUSCEP offers clinicians the platform they need to transform their groundbreaking ideas into impactful solutions.

Whether you are stage agnostic, an 'intrapreneur' within your organisation or looking to take on your own business, we work with clinicians across Medtech, Digital Health, Biotechnology & Service Delivery.

Join us on this journey of redefining healthcare through innovation and collaboration.
